He comes across Calie in his restaurant where he has already killed The Walrus and his split personality son, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.
The Carpenter's second encounter with Calie goes much differently than the first. She is on her way to get Violet back and she isn't about to let him stop her.
Furious at his young son, Tony, and Charles E. Dodgson who has been encouraging Tony, he takes Tony to confront Charles. Charles pushes him into the mirror, sending him to Wonderland where he becomes the Carpenter. Years later, his son ends up in Wonderland and he kills him just before Calie shows up. Of course, in typical Wonderland style, his son returns from the dead and the cycle starts over again.
